Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
It’s BIG! My husband and I were married young and wasted no time starting a family. Our first was followed by 3 more making us a family of 6. We enjoy games at home, new dining experiences and the lake!
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My husband and I run our own gym. We meshed our passion for physical fitness, nutrition and our love for healing and serving others together and founded Barbell Disciples in Burden, KS in 2016 we then relocated to NWA in 2019. It is my belief that many live a life below their potential simply because of negative self beliefs and self doubt. It’s a passion of mine to cheer people on and believe in them while also giving them the actions steps and accountability needed to break those self limiting beliefs to create a new healthy lifestyle they desire. What I love most is the culture that is created in our gym. We aren’t just a community, we are a family and not the kind you dodge at a reunion. We genuinely love doing life with like minded people going in the same direction we are.
